 Another update to the fabulous video (.AVI, MPG, etc..) to DVD-R converter by VSO software. Couple of feature additions along with bug fixes.

DivxToDVD 1.99.19:
- public release
- various memory tweak
- minor fixes
- added in the log some addtionnal information on the folder burned, and the volume name
- added a feature to support # of channel changes in audio track - this caused the used memory to inflate indefinitely in divxtodvd, up to the moment there is no more memory (lead to stuck computer and crash)
- add some log information
