 Once again we have recovered from network or server crash, which lasted over 12 hours. We are very sorry for these problems, but it seems that we have made a bad choice when choosing Sago Networks. The server problems have really hurt the launch of our site, but we hope that you have the patience to wait until the problems have been solved.
It is not yet clear what is the root cause of these problems. It may be that we have hardware issues, or that Sago has some larger scale problems in their network. What ever the reason is, it seems that August has been problematic for many Sago customers, as there has been many complaints filed at their support forum recently.
It is quite possible that we will be changing to another web host, and this time we will be looking at a well known, highly reputable hosting company - simply the best we can afford. |
