ImageWelcome to the new homepage of the QuEnc encoder at http://quenc.bitburners.com. QuEnc is a MPEG-1/MPEG-2/MPEG-4 capable video encoder based on the ffmpeg. QuEnc is able to produce very high quality video and a decent encoding speed. It is free open source software released under the GPL license. Use to to create very high quality DVD backups, or transfer video content to iPod, PSP or other MPEG-4 compliant device. Use MPEG-1 to create VideoCD content.
